*Snap... B. Bernice Elementary School! I wrote my immediate reaction to this breaking story yesterday. I was literally still in the Fox News offices when my editor asked me sit down and drop three paragraphs in response. I did 500 words. The issue of the school's response and role in this entire matter is still by far the most troubling element to it. Well America's Newsroom allowed me to hold court again this morning, so I took them up on their offer. Regular Newsroom viewers notice that Alyson Camerotta was in for Megyn Kelly. The reason... Megyn was busy giving birth. Her first child, a son named Edward Yates after his two grandfathers. They are going to call him "Yates." Everyone at Xtreme Media, Townhall, and Baldwin/McCullough Radio wishes Megyn, hubby, and baby well! I'm joining them in about 29 weeks! And YES... I know I totally flunked "Baby Karl's Secret Shout Out!"If you missed it here's how it all went down:

2pm: There's never anything wrong with apologizing for something, especially if you were the one who did it. I happen to think that 360,000 deaths to end something immoral is far more impressive than some piece of paper saying, "We Are Sorry!" The State of New Jersey wants to become the first Northern State (which shed far more blood) to end slavery adding their names to a list of Southern States that already have. So fine, draw up a piece of paper, write we are "Sorry" on it - and sign it - Sincerely, Governor Jon Corzine and the rest of the "Democrat Party of New Jersey." I don't believe that those who opposed slavery from the beginning should apologize for anything! 800.345.WMCA.
3pm: Something extremely peculiar with families today - we defend wrong-doers amongst our ranks. Five family members spent New Year's Eve behind bars because Florida State University student Franx Leger refused to pull his pants up over his behind. In refusing to do so he thumbed his nose at the University authorities which altered its rules banning droopy drawers from campus and warning students that they would be considered tresspassing if they attempted to wear their bottoms as such. When the wrong-doer went baggy, he whined to his mommy, and his Daddy, Mommy, Sis, and two Cousins - all went to jail with him... 800.345.WMCA.

2pm: Seeing those who would like to President get teary on the campaign trail hurts their chances at being seen as strong leaders. Mitt Romney cries on - Meet The Press - when recalling the moment he heard that the "faith of his fathers" had decided that racism was finally a bad thing - in the middle of the 1970's. Personally - I have no doubt believing that this was an important moment to Mitt. I don't sense a single racist bone in his body, and his father marched with Martin Luther King Jr. But I do have this personal issue with seeing leaders get misty that rubs me wrong. Steve and Gretchen on Fox-n-Friends disagreed on it this morning. Gretchen saying, "to see a man cry makes him appear more manly to women!" My only question is "how?" 800.345.WMCA.
2:45pm: We will qualify our first contestant for Lord's Diamonds Christmas Gift...
3pm: Americans fundamentally overlook Adultery. 66%-70% of the respondents to a recent poll of registered female voters think its just peachy if Judith Giulianni or Bill Clinton become first spouse. So at least in the White House we would tolerate it/overlook it. I have theory though that at some point we would draw the line. How much would we accomidate it in a President, a Pastor, a Principal - a SPOUSE? For me it's a total deal breaker. I'm human - what can I say, I can't tolerate it because twice it has touched my life - once as an adult, once as a child. Trust is too hard to build, and I'm just being honest. 800.345.WMCA.
3:55pm: The McCULLOUGH PUNCH New Jersey Democrats have nearly sexual lust for protecting rapists, murderers, and child molestors!

When JUDGES SHOULD take away a "father's" rights...

A Family Court judge in Elizabeth, New Jersey spent 3.5 hours yesterday attempting to amicapably settle the tempers of disgraced former Governor Jim McGreevey and his wife Dina Matos McGreevey (a woman scorned if ever there was one.)
Using the - get along because if you don't you'll ruin your daughter's life - card the judge is attempting to help the couple avoid a messy courtroom divorce.
No doubt if that happens the ugly sordid details of McGreevey's lies, dishonesty, rest stop adventures, national park adventures, executive priviledges, etc. will all be brought out into the light.
The judge is probably right - this will hurt the McGreevey's daughter - but my estimation is that it will be much less harmful than Matos McGreevey signing off on very unhealthy - unmonitored visits with a terrible influence on her daughter - basically a Godless father!
Go DINA! Honest, faithful, and loyal people are with you... fight for your daughter now - fewer regrets later!

When 7 year olds commit suicide...

There is so much more to this story than meets the eye:
Detective Lt. Tom Ulrich said several family members were in the home when the boy died.
According to reports, his body was discovered after he failed to answer his parent's call to dinner.
Neighbors said he was an outwardly fun-loving boy who played in the large yard of his family's two-story, wood-frame house along Chestnut Avenue, near the former Newcomb Hospital.
The family lived there for about two years without much interaction with neighbors. But all appeared well from a distance, said neighbors bordering the family's home.
An interesting note buried much deeper in the newscopy tells of how the school is on standby with counselors for the children who may have questions about the boys death. One of the principals quoted as saying, "Children that age may not understand the concept of death. They just know they suddenly feel sad."
But if other seven year old second graders may not understand the concept - what on earth made this boy so depressed, so intensely regretful that he made a noose in his bedroom, figured out the math to get his neck into it and to kick out the prop he was standing on?
The only clue the officials have given us is that he was in the "gifted and talented program" at his school and tha earlier that day he might have been somewhat upset for getting a poor mark.
What are we doing to our kids?

2pm: Governor Spitzer now has 59% of Democrats, and 72% of the state opposing his driver's license plan - and yet he persists! Is this not the typical definition of the stubborn mule-like male? Or is he standing strong on his conviction of fair play and equal treatment under the law? The New York Post calls it Dirty Tricks, but what do you think? 800.345.WMCA.
2:30pm: WMCA's Ministry of the Month is a New Beginning with Greg Laurie. Greg joins us to put into practical terms the mission, motivation, and message of the ministry that is heard weekdays at 5:30am. He also unveils some very exciting plans for 2008, New York City, and WMCA listeners. 800.345.WMCA.
2:45pm: New Jersey couple fear for their safety after outrage from the NAACP labeled their Halloween decorations "racist." They usually let their son - who still LIVES with them - do the decorations. WHO STILL LETS THEIR 27 YEAR OLD SON LIVE WITH THEM? And "decorate" their yard? Earth to Cheryl and David Maines - kick the bum out!
3pm: Former Governor of Arkansas Mike Huckabee joins us as we continue the "Countdown 2008" discussions with the Presidential Candidates. How does the Governor's Christian faith inform his politics? Will he be tough enough on the terrorists? Will he fight for the life of the unborn? What is his view on the matter of marriage and it being redefined? Why would women be attracted to his candidacy, and what about the GOP deficit in reaching African American voters? From the hometown of Bill Clinton - is there reason to believe that this man from Hope is the right man for the job?
3:20pm Hillary Clinton is crying foul over "how hard it is" for her to run for President. She's in all likelihood even making up stories of how Messiah-like she is to the cause of women in America. Yet in a simple e-mail from one of our own listeners yesterday I was challenged with a very non-PC thought. The vast majority of women - would ALWAYS prefer a man to be in charge, to lead, to protect. "How stupid would I be," she wrote, "to turn over my one and only vote for President on the solely because she was a woman?" 800.345.WMCA.

BREAKING: Al Qaeda in Northern New Jersey...

According to FoxNews Al Qaeda is operating in Northern New Jersey - just outside New York City:
"There are many people who are like-minded who want to commit acts of terrorism and have just not taken that extra step," Kevin Cruise, the director of the bureau's 100-member task force in Newark, N.J., told the Record, calling the individuals "facilitators."
Every major terrorist organization in the world, except the Taliban, has contacts in northern New Jersey, the paper reports.
Cruise declined to describe any case in detail; however, efforts to disrupt Usama bin Laden's network range from deportation to telling the suspects they are being watched.

2pm: My take on the very latest... - Iran: "We're ready to take over Iraq, if America would just go home!" - Poverty rate in America - DECLINES. - Michael Vick says he needs to turn his life "over to God." Not a bad decision... ever! But this was in record time!
2:20pm: Senator Larry Craig, has pleaded guilty to some pretty foul behavior. Now he wants to stay in office pleading that the police misconstrued his actions in the sting operation, and that they misreported the sequence of events in their reports. But he pleaded GUILTY! Gay rights activists immediately jumped to the issue of his voting record on the homosexual issues. (His voting record has been straight up pro-family.) Should he stay or should he go? Do you believe him? I don't and I think he should go. Does it make his votes on the defense of marriage hypocritical? I don't think so... and I'll explain why! Your calls welcomed 800.345.WMCA. (THIS JUST IN - I'll be discussing this on CNN tonight at 8pm.)
3pm: My take on the latest... - Why is the USA STILL getting fatter, fatty, fat, fat? - Don't get hurt OR sick in New Jersey... - From the DUMB file: Latinos Boycott County over new laws...
3:20pm: It's the ultimate statement of feminism isn't it? Have everything, have it all, have it now, or have it then. Is having a baby at 50 years of age smart? Is it wise? Not for the mother but for the child? What drawbacks/benefits can you see coming from such a decision? And is it adviseable to do it "on your own?" It may be the ultimate feminist accessory, shoes, bags, babies... but is it a good thing to do? 800.345.WMCA
3:55pm: The McCULLOUGH PUNCH To poop or not to poop, in the diaper... THAT is the question.

NYC - the city of legally protected PEEPING TOMS. Why is one NYC Councilman under such fire for wanting to protect the decent people, particularly ladies and little girls of his district from the absolute worst perverts in our society? We will talk with NYC Councilman Peter F. Vallone Jr. who is authoring the bill to criminalize these perverts predilictions. One example of how you may have been violated? Store owners are allowed to drill holes in ladies dressing rooms - and watch - as long as no camera is involved. Yet "slip and fall" attorneys are already speaking out against the proposed measure citing freedoms, and the ACLU is getting into the action as well. Perverts on the prowl and only one man wants to stop them. How does this make you feel? 800.345.WMCA.
